These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Celltrade.ae website and our device buyback service. By requesting a quote or completing a sale with us, you agree to these terms.

Quotes & Pricing

Prices shown on our site are estimates based on the device details and condition you provide. Your final offer is confirmed after our team physically inspects the device and may differ from the initial estimate if the condition differs from what was described.

Ownership & Device Data

You confirm that you are the rightful owner of any device you sell to us, or are authorized to sell it, and that it is not reported lost, stolen, or subject to any outstanding finance. You are responsible for removing personal data and signing out of any accounts (iCloud, Google, etc.) before handover — devices that remain locked to a previous owner’s account cannot be accepted.

Payment

Payment is issued after your device has been inspected and its condition confirmed, using the payment method agreed with our team at the time of pickup or drop-off.

Cancellation

You may cancel a pending pickup or drop-off request at any time before your device is collected, at no cost.
